I had a leaky tire, and I took it to a big name store (rhymes with Les Schwab) in Bend. They told me they checked and double-checked my tire, but couldn't find a leak. They pumped up the tire and sent me on my way. The next morning, the tire pressure was still low, so I brought it to Mike's. Lo and behold, there was a nail in the tire, and they got it patched up in no time. They squeezed me into their schedule last minute, and they even made enough time to do an oil change for me. Top notch service, and very friendly. I wish I lived closer so that I could use them on the regular.

Down in Sunriver for the Christmas holiday and we hit a cold snap. My wipers couldn't handle single digits and my driver side blew apart on me the evening of the 22nd. Morning of the 23rd I called Mikes to see if they had replacement blades, and sure enough. I really REALLY appreciate the fact these guys were open for the morning on the 23rd! I bought a complete set of blades for my Tundra and found the prices to be fair and reasonable. The customer service was top notch! Everyone was super friendly and as I was waiting for the CC to go thru, the nice man behind the counter went and popped them on my truck for me. Nothing but smiles everywhere in that shop! Seems like folks really enjoy working there and it must be led well! In a world where people are still using the Rona as an excuse to cover for poor customer service, these great folks really shined thru and demonstrated that this life is what you make it. Brought my car in when backing up made a loud screeching noise. They had a full plate of cars to look at but were able to squeeze me in. The issue resolved itself (suspected rocks getting lodged somewhere in the wheel area) but they still drove it and put it on a lift to look underneath. I live in Lapine. I have tried the local tire shops in town and they try to up sell me to the max. I went to Mike's for an alignment. They were honest and told I needed a new steering rack. I was told the alignment would not last. They rotated my tires for no charge. I appreciated the honesty and had them do the work. The price was fare. They will be my go to for now on.

I needed larger tires, brakes, and 50k mile service on my van and I was staying in the Bend-Sunriver area so I looked for a local shop. I called for some info then stopped by for them to take a look and give me an accurate quote. I also shared 3 tire options that are guaranteed to fit my van and they confirmed that my top choice would be the best for my needs. I have a tricky circumstance since I live in my van and I needed everything done same day so I wouldn't have to get a hotel overnight. They got me in at 8am and were done only a few hours later. They even helped me organize transportation to and from my campground. I have already driven almost 1000 miles back to SoCal and my van rides like a dream. No issues going through the nightmare Grapevine. I'm thrilled at the level of service and competitive price that Mike's offered. Tye and Brad are absolutely awesome and I'm very grateful for them helping me maintain a safe vehicle/home. They had my car diagnosed within the time it took for me to go grab lunch. I did not feel they over- or under-recommended any repairs. They let me know it was safe to drive home and made specific recommendations for what I should expect from a mechanic in fixing the problem. Left turn signal started fast flashing. I was sure the bulb was out. Spent quite a bit of time going to parts store, getting 2 new bulbs and installed. Still fast flashing!! Called Ty at Mike's Tire & Auto. He slotted me in and within a few hours, he called and advised the circuit board was old and corroded. He scoured the area for replacement board. He found a new one and shortly later, car was fixed! Great service, honest folks, competent. Thanks, Ty!!!

Our 2002 Nissan Frontier suffered a cracked radiator just as we arrived in Sunriver on a Wednesday evening. Got towed to Mike's in the morning but they were only going to be open until noon so that Ty could take his entire staff fishing. Just as I was about to go to plan B, Todd found the part in Bend, had it express shipped to the shop, contacted another customer and found they didn't mind waiting a few more days for a tune up and wedged us into their schedule. We were on the road two hours later. Hats off to the entire organization. Outstanding service!

Mike's saved the day. After a week of low tire pressure readings on a front tire that never panned out, we went to Mike's before a day of driving for one last check. Despite being fully booked for several days they squeezed us in. They found a nail in a rear tire which our inspections by 2 other dealers in the past week didn't catch. Tire fixed in a timely manner, we now know our sensors need to be reset, and we are back on the road.
